Our Approach

Training That Starts With You – Not a Template

Our certified trainers design programs around your goals, your body, your schedule, and your history – then hold you to them.

No two Vicsanity training programs are identical. Before your first session, you go through a comprehensive assessment that measures your current fitness level, identifies imbalances or limitations, and maps out your specific goals. That data shapes every session, every progression, and every milestone check-in.

Certified ProfessionalsAll trainers hold national certifications from NASM, ACE, or NSCA – verified before hiring.

How It Works

Your Training Journey, Step by Step

From your first conversation to your latest personal best – every step is intentional.

1

Initial Assessment

Your first session is a comprehensive fitness assessment. We measure your cardiovascular baseline, movement quality, strength benchmarks, body composition, and injury history to create an accurate starting point for your program.

2

Goal Setting

Together with your trainer, you'll define specific, measurable goals with realistic timelines. Whether you're targeting body composition, performance, strength, endurance, or general health – we give your program a destination.

3

Program Design

Your trainer builds a fully periodized program from scratch – structured by weekly training blocks, progressive overload curves, and recovery protocols. You'll receive your training calendar, exercise library, and nutrition guidance before your first session.

4

Weekly Sessions

Consistently coached sessions where your trainer manages load, technique, intensity, and motivation. Every session is logged so trends are visible and adjustments can be made in real time.

5

Progress Reviews

Every four weeks, you complete a formal progress review with your trainer – re-testing key benchmarks, updating your goals, and redesigning the next training block based on your results. The program never stops evolving.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often from new clients.

Most clients see optimal results with 2–3 personal training sessions per week, supplemented by independent work between sessions. Your trainer will recommend a specific frequency based on your goals, recovery capacity, and schedule. Some clients start with once per week and build from there – what matters most is consistency over intensity.
Most of our trainers work primarily with beginners – they're our largest client segment. Your initial assessment is specifically designed for those with no gym experience. Your program will start with fundamental movement patterns, technique coaching, and manageable loads – then progressively increase as your strength and confidence build. There is no prerequisite to getting started.
Yes. Vicsanity's digital training platform allows clients to work with a dedicated trainer remotely through video sessions, app-based programming, and weekly check-ins. Remote clients receive the same assessment, goal-setting, and progress-review process as in-person clients. The programming is equally effective – it's designed to work in any environment.
Your program is built on assessment data, not guesswork. After measuring your baseline – strength, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, movement quality, and injury history – your trainer maps out a periodized training plan. This includes exercise selection, weekly volume, load progressions, and rest protocols. It is reviewed and updated every four weeks based on your measured progress.
Absolutely. Trainer matching is something we take seriously at Vicsanity, and we want every client to be working with the right person for their personality and goals. If your circumstances change – schedule, training style, specialization needs – contact your location manager or our client services team and we'll coordinate a smooth transition, including full handoff of your program history and progress data.
