Integrated Health Network

Healthcare Partner Network

Connecting Vicsanity members with licensed healthcare professionals across specialties – because fitness and medicine work better together.

Our Philosophy

Fitness Is One Piece of the Picture

Vicsanity partners with licensed physicians, nutritionists, and preventive health specialists across the country. We believe that sustainable health outcomes require more than a gym membership – they require coordinated, professional care.

Since 2018, we've built a referral and coordination network that connects clients with the right specialist at the right time. Our healthcare partners understand the Vicsanity training methodology and can provide recommendations that align with our coaches' programming – reducing conflicting advice and improving outcomes.

Whether you need a physician clearance before beginning an intensive program, a registered dietitian to refine your nutrition plan, or a physical therapist following an injury, our network has a specialist who understands your goals.

What Partners Provide

Services Offered Through Our Network

Our partner professionals offer a coordinated suite of services – all designed to integrate with your active Vicsanity program.

Comprehensive preventive screenings available through our partner physicians and preventive health specialists include metabolic panels, lipid profiles, cardiovascular risk assessments, body composition analysis, and hormone level evaluations. These screenings help identify health factors that may affect training intensity and programming – and give our coaches the data they need to build safer, more effective plans.
Registered Dietitians in our network offer both initial nutrition assessments and ongoing consultation services. Sessions cover macro and micronutrient planning, food sensitivity considerations, supplement review, and meal structure recommendations. All dietary guidance is communicated back to your Vicsanity coach to ensure alignment with your training programming – no conflicting advice, no confusion.
Physical therapists and sports medicine physicians in our network can evaluate acute and chronic injuries, provide functional movement assessments, and deliver evidence-based treatment plans. Our coordination system ensures that your Vicsanity coach receives a training modification plan alongside any clinical recommendations – so your program continues to progress safely during recovery periods.
Fitness goals are often tied to significant psychological dimensions – self-image, stress management, behavioral change, and motivation patterns. Our licensed mental health counselors are experienced working with active adults navigating these intersections. Referrals are handled confidentially, and counselors can coordinate with coaches only when clients explicitly authorize that communication.
A significant portion of our partner network offers telehealth services – making specialist access available to Vicsanity online program clients and members located outside our physical service areas. Telehealth appointments are available for nutritional consultations, mental health support, preventive health follow-ups, and select sports medicine evaluations. In-person referrals are coordinated for services requiring hands-on assessment.
The Process

How the Partnership Works

Connecting with a healthcare partner through Vicsanity is straightforward – and our coordination model ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

1

Member Referral

Your Vicsanity coach or health coordinator identifies a need based on your health intake, training observations, or your own request. We match you with the appropriate specialist type within our partner network based on your location, insurance, and specific needs.

2

Partner Consultation

You meet directly with the referred healthcare professional – either in person or via telehealth. The partner receives relevant background context about your training program (with your consent) so the consultation is informed and efficient from the first session.

3

Integrated Health Plan

The partner practitioner provides clinical recommendations that are shared back with your Vicsanity coach. Together, they align on a plan that respects both the medical guidance and your training goals – so you receive a single, consistent direction rather than competing advice.

4

Ongoing Coordination

As your program progresses, your coach and healthcare partner stay in communication to adjust recommendations based on your response to training, health changes, or evolving goals. Follow-up referrals are coordinated as needed, with no gaps in care.
